Privacy Policy

When you send me an e-mail, sign up for the newsletter, post a comment on the blog, or use a contact form to request a service, you’re also sending personally-identifiable information, such as: name, e-mail address, IP address, birth details, personal narratives, photos and drawings of your floorplan, address of location to be consulted on, red envelopes, etc.

I will never ever sell your information to third parties.

If you have provided me with your contact information, I may contact you occasionally about news and updates that might interest you, always related to the topics and endeavors of this site. Don’t worry, my inbox is stuffed too - so I will try not to waste your time or mine.

Your confidentially is personally maintained by me, and I  will never intentionally make your information vulnerable, exploited, or exposed. Please be mindful that communications over the internet are not always secure. The actions by third parties who intercept our communications without our consent are out of my control. No warranties are made with regard to the security of this website or any communications sent to me via e-mail.

This website is run by Wix, and I’m not keen on the details of how they are set up; but they likely use cookies, which you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent.

 

 

Some Communications Are Not Protected

I exercise my best professional effort to keep all client communications strictly confidential. I protect any and all information disclosed to me in a session. If you give me oral or written permission to share any details from our session but change your mind, please email me your wishes at speedysnail@mariahherself.com.

Regarding hateful, nasty, angry, spiteful, or mean communications/attacks/threats/communications outside of scope of client sessions or exceeding the bounds of common civility: these communications and personally identifiable information shall NOT be protected by confidentially.

Retention of Files

As a professional, information and past consultations/readings/conversations are gathered and logged in my client records. These files are used for personal use to better me as a practitioner and improve my practice. I will never voluntarily give client/session files to third parties for benefit or exploitation. It is possible this information might be given to not-for-profit third parties for non-commercial, academic, or educational uses, and by initiating communication with me/ Mariah Herself LLC or requesting a service, you acknowledge that you are okay with non-commercial, academic, and educational uses.

Service Terms

Payment is tendered through a third party site, such as Zelle or Venmo. Mariah Braden/Mariah Herself LLC is not responsible for your experiences with the third party sites. Please review their privacy and security terms.

I offer my consultations/readings/esoteric conversations to the best of my ability and with the utmost pride. It’s my intention to offer a respectable and unique service and experience. Accuracy is not guaranteed, and you are not paying for a results-oriented product. I’ve shared as much data and details regarding service offerings as possible to enable you to make an informed decision. Please read all terms carefully.

Payment is expected to be received prior to service. Should I provide post session notes, be aware that delivery time is variable. I write customized notes personally for you, and will do my best to communicate a timetable expectation.

Please be aware that no refunds will be offered. In the case of substantive errors that you are not pleased about, I am happy to discuss it further with you and make corrections.

I do not tolerate discrimination, and reserve the right to refuse services.
